Do you have a mail order brochure?
We do not produce a catalogue or brochure as our range changes frequently. All current styles are available to view and purchase via our website.

How do I convert my UK/US size to your European sizes?
We have a sizing chart which will assist you with the conversion of European, US or continental sizes. However, if you are still unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us for advice.

Are you open to the public?
Yes, we are open to the public, but we do ask that you contact us to make a mutually convenient appointment.

Where is your showroom?
We are located in Bushey Heath, Hertfordshire, just on the outskirts of Northwest London. Please see the map on our contact us page.

What’s your returns policy?
we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. All we ask is that you return the goods in their original condition with all packaging intact and we will issue you with a full refund.

What are your postal charges?
Our delivery charges are as follows: UK Recorded delivery £4.95, Special delivery (next day) £6.95, EU countries £7.95. Rest of the world £12.95. Please do note that International orders may be subject to local import taxes.

What is your exchange policy?
As with our returns policy, we will happily exchange goods within a 14 day period as long as the original goods are unworn &are returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.

How can I tell if the boots will fit my calf?
Each of our boots vary in calf sizes. Please call us on 0844 870 0246 to find our about a specific style you are looking at.

Which countries do you ship to?
We are now able to ship worldwide.

Can I pay with American Express?

Unfortunately we do not accept American Express at this time,  But we do accept most other credit cards.
