    Delivery & Returns

    Delivery
    Items are normally sent out the next working day via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, but please allow up to 7 days to receive your goods. Postage costs are £4.95 for recorded delivery per order and £6.95 for special delivery, next day service, for items sent within the UK.

    We are also happy to post items to any other country within the European Union at a cost of £7.95 per order, on an International signed for service, and to Worldwide destinations at a cost of £12.95. International orders may be subject to local import taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Piccolo accepts no responsibility for such charges. 

    Returns
    At Piccolo we feel sure that you will be delighted with your purchase from the moment you receive your shoes. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. All we ask is that you return the goods in their original condition with all packaging intact and we will issue you with a full refund. Please note that unless a product is defective, all returned goods are sent at your cost and risk. We suggest that you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which will allow you to insure the goods as well as obtain a signature upon delivery. Please send returns to ‘Piccolo’, 5 Woodfield Rise, Bushey Heath, Hertfordshire, WD23 4QR’. No liability can be accepted for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

    We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days if in stock. Please try shoes on carefully and indoors. If you need to change them for larger or smaller sizes, please return them, marking the outer package ‘returned goods’, and enclose a note explaining the action required. We will dispatch a replacement pair at no extra postage cost (UK only). Full refund given (less p&p) for goods returned unworn within 14 days.
